The staff was fantastic. We had to check out at 11 but weren't leaving Busan until much later. The staff offered to check our bags while we went out seeing more of Busan before our train back. Sheets were comfy. Everything seemed clean. Had a fitness center.

The room was clean and spacious and the wifi was good and it was closed to the subway. We tried the buffet breakfast which was acceptable but were surprised we were the only two guests there. There were a few other staff members eating at the restaurant.

Litchoong

The rooms were very clean and spacious, the beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and the cleaning lady came by everyday with fresh water and towels. The shower pressure was great too!

Menard

the staff were very helpful at every stage of our trip. we had to extend due to snow in jeju and we upgraded to a lovely room on the 13th floor, good value and perfect for a family.
